100% Raw Hair is beautiful and well worth the care it needs because of how long it lasts, results and versatility but it is REAL human hair so that means it will cooperate the same as your natural hair would. It is 100% real, raw hair & it needs to be treated & maintained! Please have realistic expectations when purchasing 100% Raw Hair, especially if you are purchasing any curly textures or any textures that are more coarse! These textures are higher maintenance textures. If you your hair is not maintained or cared for properly, you will likely have a not so great experience & will be dissatisfied. 100% Raw Hair is NOT for everyone! Here are some tips below that we highly recommend to properly care for your Luxury Extensions

Pre-Installation: Your Luxury Extensions are prewashed before being sent to you, but we recommend washing the bundles prior to installation because this brings out the best pattern and also gets rid of any smashing or tangling the hair has developed while packaged. 

Weekly/Bi Weekly Care: we recommend washing & conditioning your extensions at least every 2 weeks depending on how much product is used on your extensions. This eliminates product buildup which can lead to tangling & shedding. We recommend using a moisturizing shampoo & conditioner that is sulfate free.

Nightime Care: please make sure you are twisting or wrapping your hair extensions up at night using a silk/satin scarf or bonnet. This helps with tangling & shedding and also protects your hair at night. Make sure you thoroughly brush or comb out any tangles before wrapping your hair up at night. Always brush starting from the ends & work your way up to the roots. 

 Color / Dying Services: We strongly suggest that you have a licensed stylist perform any chemical services to your hair extensions. PLEASE BE AWARE that coloring, dyes, bleach, or any chemical services will alter the integrity of your hair extensions so please be aware before performing any hair altering services. All hair reacts differently to certain products & regimens. Reactions include but are not limited to extreme dryness, breakage, shedding, matting, and tangling.
